An essential part of any property development project is an assessment of feasibility, both in terms of the likelihood of economic viability, but more particularly as a foundation for any planning application.
As local authorities move toward much wider economic assessment requirements from April 2010, the need for well researched feasibility studies will increase as authorities begin to question projects on the basis of economic indicators.
The scope and nature of such studies are diverse and would be tailored to suit individual circumstances.
Specialist teams are generally commissioned and brought together to provide a range of information and inputs, co-ordinated and managed centrally by RUPC. We act as the focal point for the client so that a single point of contact can be maintained.
We would aim to provide a fixed quote for a defined piece of work which would include further guidance and advice on any issues that have emerged from the study.
