Ian Butter (Hons) FRICS MRTPI has been advising the holiday and home parks industry for over 30 years.
Trained at Fleury Manico and eventually becoming an Equity Director of HLL Humberts Leisure, Ian is now working independently for park operators throughout Britain.

Offering Director level consultancy advice on town planning, site licencing and associated matters, Ian is able to offer very competitive rates, based on a regional charging framework that keep costs to a minimum.

Instrumental in formulating and challenging caravan and tourism related policies in Local Plan during the 1990's, Ian is now gearing up to do the same again for emerging Local Development Framework and Neighbourhood Plans.
